In Reno there has been a high demand in Reno medical offices despite the high vacancy of other office buildings. McKenzie Properties has big plans for adding more medical offices in Reno during 2015. They will build Reno medical offices throughout the Meadowood area adding between 30000 and 50000 square feet of office space.

Reno Medical Offices are in High Demand

Due to the rising popularity of medical offices, McKenzie Properties is going to add more Reno medical offices. Right now the most popular place to construct more medical offices are in Reno, despite the vacancy of other office buildings. With these new medical offices will come new jobs to help our local economy!
Right now this project is currently in progress and we plan to start construction in the Rancharrah area off of south Kietzke Lane. We will be adding more than just medical offices, but other retail spaces that will be determined soon.
