Medical Office Buildings have not shown high vacancy rates in Reno, which has prompted Reno property manager McKenzie Properties to build between 30,000 and 50,000 square feet of office space in the Meadowood area of Reno. The announcement was made in Northern Nevada Business Weekly just days ago.
McKenzie Properties has received continual requests for more medical office buildings to exist throughout the city, and right now the hottest place for these offices is in Reno. While the vacancy rates of other office buildings have stayed high the medical office buildings have thrived.
We will begin building in 2015 at the area known as Rancharrah, just off south Kietzke Lane. The entire scope of the project will contain various types of retail space. Some have yet to be determined, but medical office buildings will certainly be one of the main components of the upcoming project.
